Success Story – June – Connie Fair
Ms. Connie Fair arrived at Mira Vista Court after a hospitalization due to an infection to her right foot. Initially, she had great difficulty with transferring out of a chair and could only tolerate five minutes of activity before needing to rest. She worked diligently with the Physical and Occupational therapy team daily, remaining motivated throughout her sessions. We are happy to report that Ms. Fair is now able to transfer with very little assistance and her endurance level with activities has improved tremendously. After only a short stay here at Mira Vista Court, she will be transitioning back home this weekend to be reunited with her daughter. She is looking forward to painting and spending time with her beloved cats again. Great job, Ms. Fair!
