As care givers, we want to know our members as individuals, taking care of their health needs, but also considering the person as a whole.

In our Rehabilitation Program, the clinical team will evaluate each resident's unique circumstance to develop and meet individualized goals. During treatments, therapists will work toward improving independence, strength and confidence.

Long-term Care
Long-Term Care assists those who may benefit from 24-hour nursing availability and assistance with meals, medication, or other activities of daily living. The environment at Mira Vista Court is designed so residents may live comfortably as a part of a community.
Nutrition Support
Mira Vista's menu follows a liberalized philosophy supported by the American Dietetic Association and the American Diabetes Association. Our Culinary Services Director will meet with you to discuss any specific restriction and /or preferences you may have.
The facility provides breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks to our residents. We encourage residents to eat in the Cafe in order to socialize with fellow residents; however it is perfectly acceptable if the resident prefers to eat in their room.
Wound Care
The resident's interdisciplinary team supports and designs care plans that seek to heal our resident's wounds under the direction and guidance of an independent physician. Our licensed wound care nurses work seven days a week for residents requiring treatment for complex wounds, including but not limited to post-operative wound sites, diabetic, and decubitus wounds.
We specialize in treatment of decubitus ulcers, post surgical wound care, wound VAC, specialty beds and ostomy care.
Rehabilitation
We offer physical, occupational and speech therapies. Because our rehabilitation program is in-house, our residents typically see the same therapists daily.
The clinical team at Mira Vista Court will evaluate each patient's unique circumstance and develop a comprehensive rehabilitation program. During daily treatments therapist will work toward improving independence, strength and confidence.
The overall goal of the Rehabilitation Department at Mira Vista Court is to strengthen bodies and reinstate a level of independence for each individual. Under the guidance of the Director of Rehabilitation Services, the therapy team conducts a thorough evaluation and develops an individualized therapeutic program designed to help the individual restore function and build confidence.
