“I am forever grateful!”

Joann Morgan was admitted to Mira Vista following a lengthy hospitalization stay with multiple days spent in the ICU.

At admission, Joann was unable to perform transfers, bed mobility or activities of daily living without caregiver assistance.

With hard work, determination, and persistence, Joann has regained her independence. Today, she is walking with a rolling walker and completing all activities of daily living with limited assistance from caregivers.

We are excited to report that Joann will soon be returning home to her family and resuming her active lifestyle.
