“When I was feeling down and went to physical therapy, I always felt uplifted.”

Donna Allen admitted to Mira Vista following a fall at home resulting in a pelvis fracture.

At admission, Donna required a lot of assistance from caregivers to walk, transfer, and perform everyday tasks.

Donna has worked hard, with our amazing rehab team, to regain her independence.  Today, she is walking with a rolling walker and completing all her activities of daily living without assistance.

We are excited to report, Donna has returned home.
