“I’m thankful for the therapist because I am going home”

Mrs. Remley admitted to Mira Vista following a brief hospitalization for an acute infection.

At admission, Mrs. Remley required a lot of assistance from caregivers to complete transfers and daily living tasks.

Our amazing rehab team at Mira Vista developed a custom therapy plan to address Mrs. Remley’s weakness and barriers to her independence.  Today, she is completing all her daily living tasks and walking with a rolling walker without assistance.

We are excited to report, Mrs. Remley is returning home with her family.
